Currently, the group includes two additional companies focused on the verticalization of strategic areas: **Witplan**, responsible for construction execution, and **Proxy**, a company dedicated to asset management post-construction, operating in both Asset and Property management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze new investment opportunities; * Perform financial modeling for investment projects, identifying profitability, guarantees, and cash flow movements; * Conduct monthly investment closings, result evaluations, and generate analytical reports; * Compare asset performance against market benchmarks; * Support the development of the investment policy in alignment with senior management; * Prepare strategic materials: minutes, reports, presentations, and statements for internal and external stakeholders; * Deliver executive presentations and conduct meetings with investors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of the financial market and investment banking. * Advanced English proficiency; * Advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency in PowerPoint. * CPA\-20 certification (ANBIMA) is desirable. * Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** * **Location:** Estoril/Belo Horizonte * **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT contract, on-site; * **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$ 700.00 \+ Transportation allowance R$ 500.00 (Caju), nationwide health insurance (co-payment), dental plan, life insurance, and WellHub (Gympass). * Opportunity for continuous learning and professional development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for career growth within the company. **BTS** is a company specialized in real estate project development, focused on meeting our clients’ needs in every detail.
