We are a major construction and engineering company experiencing continuous growth, and you will be a key player in maintaining our IT environment stable, secure, and available for field and office teams.
* Administer servers, networks, and infrastructure resources.
* Monitor the environment (performance, availability, security).
* Provide second-level support to internal users.
* Manage backups, updates, and patches.
* Configure and maintain equipment (workstations, printers, routers, etc.).
* Document procedures, access credentials, and changes.
* Support IT improvement initiatives and new solutions.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Prior experience as a Mid-Level IT Infrastructure / Support Analyst.
* Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, firewall).
* Administration of Windows environments (servers and workstations).
* Experience with backup solutions, antivirus software, and security policies.
* Hands-on user support experience (hardware and software).
* Availability for 100% on-site work.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in construction, engineering, or similar companies.
* Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and Active Directory (AD).
* Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management best practices.
* Participation in infrastructure migration or upgrade projects.
