Job Summary: SUPERMIX CONCRETO S.A. is hiring an IT Analyst to perform commercial requirement elicitation and analysis, backlog management, strategic prioritization, and delivery validation. Acting as Product Owner: Bridge between Commercial and Development teams SUPERMIX CONCRETO S.A. is hiring an IT ANALYST to work in BELO HORIZONTE/MG. Responsibilities: • Elicitation and Analysis (Commercial Focus): Conduct interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions with Commercial stakeholders to elicit, understand, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements; • Technical and Functional Documentation: Create and maintain analysis and specification artifacts, such as detailed User Stories, clear Acceptance Criteria focused on the customer journey, and flowcharts; • Backlog Management (PO): Act as Product Owner (PO) toward the development team, being primarily responsible for the creation, maintenance, continuous prioritization, and refinement of the Commercial squad’s Product Backlog; • Strategic Prioritization: Negotiate and define demand priorities based on business value, with special emphasis on driving commercial metrics and alignment with the roadmap; • Bridge (Commercial/Tech): Translate the Commercial area’s strategic needs into technical language understandable to developers, and conversely, communicate technical constraints or challenges in business language to stakeholders; • Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retro), serving as the focal point to clarify development team questions regarding features to be built; • Validation and Acceptance Testing: Validate the development team’s deliverables at the end of each cycle (Sprint), ensuring that Acceptance Criteria are met and the solution resolves the proposed commercial problem. Requirements: • Solid experience working as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner; • Practical experience or strong understanding of Commercial processes and concepts (Sales Funnel, CRM, Lead Generation, Marketing Automation, Post\-sales); • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Practical experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria; • Skill in managing Product Backlog and prioritizing demands. Desirable: • Certifications in Product or Requirements domains (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, PMI\-PBA, CBAP); • Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN); • Understanding of User Experience (UX) applied to the customer journey; • Basic technical knowledge of system architecture or APIs (to facilitate integration between commercial systems).
