The ideal candidate has wine knowledge, confidently and courteously advises customers, and delivers a complete experience aligned with the establishment's standards. Responsibilities: * Provide courteous and efficient service throughout the shift. * Present the menu and wine list, suggesting pairings based on the customer's preferences. * Serve wines technically (opening, decanting, glass service). * Maintain the established standards for mise en place, organization, and dining room cleanliness. * Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams through clear communication. * Focus on the customer experience by anticipating needs. Requirements: * Prior experience as a waiter. * Basic to intermediate wine knowledge (regions, grape varieties, styles, and service). * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and friendliness. * Proactivity, agility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work flexible hours. Preferred Qualifications: * Courses in wine or gastronomy. * Experience in gastronomic restaurants or intimate dining environments.
