Job Summary: This position supports mechanics and the workshop team, ensuring service quality and efficiency to satisfy customers while adhering to internal policies and safety standards. Ensuring customer well-being during their stay at the workshop **Job Mission** * Support mechanics and other workshop team members in carrying out services, ensuring quality and efficiency, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty, while complying with internal policies and occupational health and safety regulations. **Your Daily Responsibilities** * Provide general support for departmental activities, work autonomously, and meet assigned instructions and deadlines; * Deliver initial customer service, completing checklists to assess needs and prepare estimates; * Receive vehicles arriving via tow truck, conduct checklists, and schedule services; * Perform operational support tasks such as tool organization and tire mounting; * Execute high-quality services within specified deadlines, in accordance with internal policies and standards; * Ensure customer well-being during their stay at the workshop by directing them to the waiting area, arranging alternative services, etc.; * Comply with workplace rules and procedures, including workstation cleaning, personal hygiene, completion of training courses, and proper use of PPE; **What You Need to Have** * Completed high school education; * Experience in light vehicle maintenance (preferred); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Driver’s License Category B (mandatory). **Discover Our Benefits:** * Medical and dental plans, meal allowance, life insurance, transportation allowance, pharmacy assistance, Wellhub (Gympass), MediQuo (telemedicine), Chevrolet product and service bonuses, SESC benefits (leisure, hospitality, nutrition, sports), and additional partner offerings. **We’re Proud of Our Story!** We are the largest Chevrolet dealership network in the interior of Minas Gerais and are seeking new talent to join our team.
