Preparing presentations and reports Support in planning and establishing field research trials: The Field Assistant contributes to the preparation and implementation of trials aimed at testing new technologies and solutions for seed production. Additionally, they participate in identifying opportunities for improvement in management strategies and investigating potential issues requiring deeper understanding. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Field practice management monitoring and trial conduct: This professional monitors field activities, ensuring experiment quality and data reliability across various agricultural crops. * Conducting various field evaluations: The Field Assistant performs evaluations across different crops following pre\-established protocols, ensuring excellence in execution and collection of reliable, high\-quality data. * Sample and data collection: Collects samples and data related to diseases, insects, nematodes, and weeds in the field according to identified needs and strictly adhering to established protocols. * Preparing presentations and reports: Responsible for developing presentations and reports based on field\-collected data, reporting results obtained from various performed activities. * Monitoring field team activities: The Field Assistant monitors team actions across different regions (MG, GO, MT, and RS), identifying challenges, opportunities, and success cases that may guide new initiatives by the Field Excellence department. * Compliance with safety and compliance policies: Must fully adhere to safety and compliance policies established by Somar Agro and the service provider. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Agricultural technician or agronomy student **BENEFITS:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Pharmacy Allowance Gympass. **LOCATION:** Iraí de Minas\- MG
