Description

Job Summary: Strategically engage in operational and administrative integration to ensure efficiency and organization across retail outlets (PDVs), including route management, inventory control, and team supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Manage supply routes and periodic inventories of retail outlets (PDVs). 2. Handle purchasing, monitor customer service (SAC), and manage staff. 3. Develop expertise in operational management and partner relationship management. **General** Work strategically and practically, integrating **operational and administrative functions**, ensuring efficiency, organization, and smooth operation of retail outlets (PDVs). **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Generate and manage **weekly supply routes** * Monitor correct item picking and ensure supply according to plan * Control **products nearing expiration** and guide delivery drivers * Coordinate with picking staff regarding **suppliers delivering same-day**, monitoring receipt and entry of invoices * Conduct **weekly visits to PDVs**, verifying functionality, organization, and compliance with checklists * Perform **weekly product purchases** and coordinate deliveries with suppliers * Monitor and respond to customer service (SAC) requests (via system and WhatsApp) * Generate and monitor **periodic inventories**, per the frequency set for each PDV * Monitor and follow up on **performance tracking and collections** * Maintain good relationships with **partners and building managers (syndics)** * Conduct **staff management**, monitoring performance and daily operational routines **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferred) * Experience in **operational management** or related fields * Basic knowledge of **computer systems and software** * Driver's license category B (preferred) * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and sense of responsibility **Advantages** * Experience in retail, logistics operations, or independent markets * Ability to manage multiple PDVs and external routines Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
