




**Job Description:** Customer service, acting in mediation and resolution of technical and administrative requests; Management and scheduling of technical visits, ensuring compliance with monthly maintenance plans; Administration of contracts and technical documents with clients; Direct contact with clients of various profiles, from small businesses to large corporations; Support to the operational department, assisting in logistics and organization of technical services; Preparation and presentation of budgets for clients; Control and organization of sales and operational costs; Use of Office suite for creating spreadsheets, calculations, and administrative reports. **Requirements:** Previous experience in administrative roles and customer service; Intermediate knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Skills in calculations and spreadsheet creation in Excel; Dynamic profile, with quick logical reasoning and conflict mediation ability; Good diction and effective communication skills; **Preferred:** previous experience in elevator companies. **Information:** Salary BRL 1,600.00 to BRL 1,900.00 and benefits **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with possibility of working on Saturdays; **Employment type:** CLT; **Work location:** São Bento - MG
