Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cold storage rooms to guarantee optimal operation. Store products correctly in cold storage rooms, following food safety regulations. Manage inventory of products stored in cold storage rooms to ensure adequate supply. Record and document information related to cold storage room operations, such as temperatures, maintenance performed, and product inventory. Adhere to safety and hygiene standards when handling products and operating cold storage rooms. Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure proper product flow in cold storage rooms.
