FROM WORDS TO ACTION Key Responsibilities Responsible for verifying incoming and outgoing correspondence; Assist in packing goods; Assist in restocking merchandise; Assist in product returns; Customer service; Mailbag control; Receive and send documents; Answer phone calls and welcome general visitors; File documents; Maintain updated departmental reports; Maintain order and organization within departments.
