We take pride in respect as a core value and believe innovation thrives in an environment rich with differences across age, gender, sexual orientation, identity, race, disability, or religion. **ATTENTION: To ensure your application is valid, you must attach your resume at the time of registration.** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Lead teams of Maintenance Supervisors and/or staff, pursuing continuous improvement in maintenance execution processes, as well as in machine and equipment performance. * Be accountable for maintenance KPIs within your area of responsibility and foster collaboration among other maintenance and operations departments. * Coordinate appropriate resource utilization to fulfill maintenance planning requirements while adhering to engineering, quality, safety, and environmental standards to achieve high maintenance performance. * Manage maintenance costs to ensure efficient use of company resources and support the preparation of annual budgets. * Propose innovative maintenance approaches to enhance service quality and maximize efficiency in personal safety, environmental safety, cost control, and time management—ensuring continuous improvement in work quality. * Collaborate with operational teams to identify optimal operating conditions and equipment shutdown schedules for maintenance, while encouraging initiatives aimed at improving equipment and facilities to increase availability, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance worker safety. * Conduct inspections of critical tasks, cleaning, safety, and environmental compliance, taking necessary corrective actions for non-conformities identified and assessing all work situations and associated risks. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering; * Proven experience in people management; * Solid experience in industrial mechanical maintenance within continuous-operation environments (preferably fertilizers, chemical industry, and mining); * Demonstrated experience managing technical maintenance teams, including leadership of operational teams; * Hands-on experience executing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial assets; * SAP PM module knowledge. **Nice to have?** * Postgraduate degree in a related field; * Experience in the fertilizer industry; * Intermediate English proficiency. **What will your working hours be?** Administrative **What will your work model be?** On-site **ATTENTION: Attaching an updated resume at the time of application is mandatory.** **What do we offer?** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance or company shuttle\*; * Life insurance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Private pension plan; * Gym allowance; * Meal allowance; * Cafeteria or meal voucher\*; * Employee Assistance Program (Apoiar); * Wellness Program (Wellness); * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * School supplies allowance\*\*; * *Benefits may vary by location.* *\*\*Benefit for children aged 5 to under 13*
