Main Responsibilities: * Support the development and updating of project schedules * Monitor deadlines and organize documents * Update tracking reports and indicators * Liaise with internal departments to align requirements * Support administrative activities related to projects Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Project Management or related fields * Intermediate Excel skills (control spreadsheets, data organization, and reporting) * Strong communication and organizational skills Desirable Requirements: * Basic knowledge of project management * Proficiency with administrative systems and tools Behavioral Competencies: * Organization and effective time management * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Interpersonal skills and teamwork * Commitment to deadlines and results Interested candidates must apply via the Indeed platform.
