**Opportunity \| Junior Fixed Infrastructure Analyst** Uberlândia – MG \| On-site Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with possibility of working outside standard business hours for projects) Days off: Saturday and Sunday We are seeking a **Junior Fixed Infrastructure Analyst** to strategically and operationally support building infrastructure projects. **Main responsibilities:** * Preparation of technical scopes for infrastructure projects * Development of budgets and cost estimates * Technical site visits and construction monitoring * Creation and management of schedules (Microsoft Project) * Preparation of construction progress reports with performance indicators * Participation in status meetings with coordination **Technical competencies:** * Excel: data manipulation, controls, and dashboards * AutoCAD: reading and drafting floor plans and layouts * Knowledge of building infrastructure: * – Air conditioning (HVAC)– Generators and UPS systems– Fire detection and suppression systems– CCTV– Access control * Microsoft Office and Google Workspace **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience with building infrastructure projects * Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: Starting at R$2\.859,68 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
