If you are diligent, careful, and enjoy working in a team, join our team! You will work at a complex housing commercial, corporate, and healthcare spaces. Daily activities are dynamic and varied! **Your responsibilities will include:** * **General Cleaning:** Maintaining hallways, restrooms, staircases, and outdoor areas (parking lots, sidewalks, and rooftops); * **Daily Maintenance:** Mopping floors, cleaning glass doors, and collecting garbage (assisting with correct waste separation); * **Minor Repairs:** Supporting painting services, light bulb replacements, plumbing repairs, and floor tile replacements; * **Facility Care:** Tending to plants, verifying that doors and windows are closed and lights are turned off; * **Safety Checks:** Inspecting fire extinguishers and water tanks to prevent issues; * **Workplace Safety:** Always wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). **Here’s what we offer:** * Health Insurance: 100% company-paid monthly premium * Meal Allowance: R$ 817.00 to R$ 946.00 per month * TotalPass (access to gyms and wellness services) * On-site cafeteria * Salary advance * Seniority bonus (salary adjustment based on tenure) * Attendance bonus * Hazard pay **Work Schedule** Monday to Thursday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- 1-hour break Friday \- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- 1-hour break
