Job Summary: This role involves operating equipment, monitoring systems, and ensuring safety during soybean receiving, with a focus on resolving basic issues and adhering to policies. Maintain a safe and clean workplace **Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- This role will perform a variety of responsibilities within the soybean receiving area, resolving basic issues by following established policies, procedures, and frequent guidance. In this role, you will receive work assignments as needed to ensure production goals are met, support raw material receiving, and comply fully with all safety policies and regulations.**Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Operate equipment and tools to assist in unloading soybean vehicles, learning and applying a basic understanding of policies and procedures to execute fundamental and clearly defined processes; * Perform various responsibilities within the designated area, including bulk material unloading, monitoring computerized control systems, and infrequent basic machine adjustments; • Learn and follow operational procedures; comply with instructions relevant to your role, previously communicated by area leadership; • Record production and inventory activities in computerized systems;* Perform equipment and area cleaning according to routine, and participate in troubleshooting assigned equipment and process issues, collaborating with the team to resolve them; * Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean workplace, and manage the pace and progress of work on assigned equipment or processes, requiring awareness of interconnections with other process areas; **Qualifications** ------------------ * Completed High School education; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Prior experience as a grain unloader/drier will be considered a plus.
