Your day-to-day work will focus on Delphi technology. But note: don’t worry if you don’t yet have experience with it! We prioritize logical reasoning and your ability to interpret and solve problems. If you possess this foundation, we will provide all necessary support and training to help you become a Delphi expert. **What We Expect From You:** As a Mid-Level Developer, you will play an essential role in building and evolving our products. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing medium- and high-complexity features, always prioritizing performance, quality, and scalability; * Writing clean, readable, and maintainable code to ensure the sustainability of our systems; * Actively working with REST and SOAP APIs, both consuming and developing them; * Identifying and effectively resolving bugs to ensure the stability of our solutions; * Clearly documenting implemented features to facilitate understanding and collaboration; * Actively contributing suggestions for low- and medium-complexity improvements to our products and processes; * Supporting other areas—such as Business and Support—with technical clarifications, serving as a reference point; * Participating in technical feasibility analyses for new enhancements; * Accurately interpreting requirement documentation in User Story format; * Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices; * Collaborating closely with analysts and QA teams to understand and refine requirements. **Ready for the challenge? Knowledge or interest in the following areas will be a differentiator: * Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence and integration with AI solutions, or using AI to improve performance; * Familiarity with UX/UI best practices; * Prior experience with Delphi and Firebird database; * Experience with legacy monolithic systems; * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum); * Knowledge of CI/CD.
