Job Summary: We are seeking Education majors to support students with disabilities, assist in pedagogical organization and communication, and contribute to reports and development plans. Key Highlights: 1. Make a difference in students' learning and development process. 2. Support the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). 3. Assist in communication between students and teachers. **What We Are Looking For?** Education majors who want to make a difference, learn, innovate, and bring agile and creative solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** Accompany students with disabilities during the learning process and while carrying out classroom activities; Assist in organizing school materials, agendas, study schedules, and other daily demands; Facilitate communication between students and teachers, clarify instructions, and support the interpretation of pedagogical guidelines; Support monitoring of student behavior, progress, and difficulties; prepare reports and contribute to pedagogical records; Assist in developing the Individual Development Plan (IDP), collecting data (attendance, academic performance, and behavior), and organizing documentation related to pedagogical routines. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Education program, from the 1st semester onward; Must be available for a 12-month internship contract; Must reside in Alfenas/MG. **What We Offer:** Internship stipend: BRL 1,101.00 \+ benefits (meal voucher of BRL 20.50 per workday and transportation voucher). **Additional Information:** Internship location: SESI JOSE BARBOSA DA COSTA SCHOOL / ALFENAS – Rua Gabriel Monteiro da Silva, 1370, Vila Betânia II / Alfenas; Schedule: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday / 6 hours per day); Expected internship duration: 12 months.
