Responsibilities and Duties Ensure the development of technically appropriate, safe, and standards-compliant electrical projects (low, medium, and high voltage), Ensure planning, execution, and control of area-related construction works and projects, guaranteeing schedule, cost, quality, and safety, Ensure proper management of suppliers and third-party services, guaranteeing compliance, quality, and adherence to deadlines, Contribute to the financial sustainability of projects and the department, ensuring budget predictability and control, Ensure efficient use of project resources, guaranteeing budget adherence and operational optimization, Ensure functionality, organization, and efficiency of designed environments, Ensure appropriate technical specification of equipment, services, and project suppliers, Ensure technical, regulatory, and safety compliance of projects and construction works, minimizing operational risks, Promote energy efficiency and reduction of operational costs. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and specialization in Project Management or Occupational Safety \- CREA registration required, **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) / Internet, **Knowledge:** Software – AutoCAD Civil, Eberick, Qi Builder; Electrical Projects; Free Energy Market; Energy Efficiency; Technical Drawing; Construction Planning and Management; Project Management; Technical Standards (NR-10, NBR 5410, NBR 14039\), **Driver's License:** Category B driver's license with availability for frequent travel, Reside in Guaxupé.
