Team coordination and development An Information Technology services company is seeking a Senior Python Technical Leader in Mário Campos. **Responsibilities:** Technically lead projects from conception to operations with a focus on Python. Define architecture, tech stack, and best practices for CI/CD, testing, and security. Coordinate and develop the team through code reviews, task prioritization, and mentoring. Ensure secure integrations with APIs and partners such as banks, anti-fraud systems, and compliance entities. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and compliance teams. Monitor system performance and availability. Respond to incidents. Previous roles such as Python Development Coordinator, Python Project Supervisor, Python Team Manager, or Python Solutions Architect may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
