Job Summary: Inatel is recruiting a student for an IT Support internship, focusing on maintenance, updating, and monitoring of equipment and systems, as well as user support. Key Highlights: 1. Inatel is recruiting a student interested in undertaking an internship in the institution's IT Support area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update and monitor campus computers; * Inspect computers using checklists; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment; * Install, maintain, and configure equipment in Windows- and Linux-based network environments; * Assist users with audiovisual resources and electronic maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Windows and TCP/IP networks; * Proficiency in using computers within a network environment and in searching for solutions via the Internet; * English reading skills; * Availability for 30 hours per week. **Additional Information** **Internship Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. **Internship Location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí \- MG.
