Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks for the Role****** * Act as a **strategic interface between business areas and technology teams**, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into systemic solutions. * Conduct **gathering, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements**, supporting the evolution of corporate systems. * Map, analyze, and optimize **business processes**, proposing improvements and automation on corporate platforms. * Participate in **corporate system implementation, enhancement, and integration projects**, including ERPs such as **Datasul and SAP**. * Support **digital transformation and system modernization initiatives**, including integration with cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices. * Collaborate with business areas and technical teams in **defining the demand backlog and prioritizing requirements**. * Develop and maintain **functional and process documentation**, including workflows, business rules, and integration specifications. * Participate in **defining integration solutions among corporate systems**, ERPs, legacy applications, and external platforms. * Lead **discovery and alignment workshops with stakeholders**, ensuring full understanding of business needs. * Support technical teams during **solution development and implementation**, ensuring adherence to business rules. * Plan and execute **functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)** jointly with end users. * Support the **evolution of corporate system architecture**, promoting efficient integration across platforms. * Work in a **collaborative and remote environment**, using digital tools for demand management and communication with multidisciplinary teams. **Mandatory Requirements****** * Solid experience in **business analysis and requirements gathering in complex corporate environments**. * Experience with **ERP systems**, preferably **Datasul (TOTVS) and SAP**. * Experience in **business process mapping and modeling**. * Experience in developing **functional documentation and requirement specifications**. * Experience in **integration of corporate systems**. * Knowledge of **API-based and REST service integration**. * Experience in **functional testing, system acceptance testing, and requirement validation**. * Knowledge of **database queries and data analysis (SQL)**. * Experience with **agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)** and backlog management. * Experience with **collaboration and demand management tools** (Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar). * Ability to **interact with multidisciplinary technical teams** (development, architecture, data, infrastructure). * Experience in **leading workshops and aligning with business stakeholders**. **Preferred Qualifications****** * Experience in **digital transformation or corporate system modernization projects**. * Experience in **integrating ERPs with APIs, microservices, or integration platforms**. * Knowledge of **event-driven architecture and asynchronous integration**. * Knowledge of **BPMN or business process modeling tools**. * Experience with **Product Discovery, Event Storming, or advanced requirements-gathering techniques**. * Knowledge of **BI tools and corporate data analysis**. * Experience in corporate environments with **multiple integrated systems**. * Experience in **industrial or energy sector business processes**. * Knowledge of **IT governance and best practices in process management**. * Experience in **remote work and collaboration with distributed teams**. **What We Offer****** * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
