Ready to join our team?** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * **Education/Qualifications:** Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related fields, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cartographic Engineering, or related areas with emphasis on Geoprocessing. Expected graduation between December 2026 and December 2027. * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency and hands-on experience with Python (especially ArcPy library), R, and SQL is mandatory. * Ability to analyze and manipulate geospatial data, and mastery of geoprocessing concepts and tools, including ArcGIS or QGIS platforms; * Knowledge of Google Earth Engine will be considered a plus; * **Languages:** Basic English desirable. * **Driver’s License:** Class B desirable. **EMPLOYMENT MODEL** On-site. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Experience automating geospatial tasks using Python (ArcPy) and manipulating GIS data using R and SQL. **️** **WHAT YOU’LL DO** * Support the forest technology and innovation team in routine activities and geotechnology projects. * Assist in monitoring and developing geospatial data processing routines related to forestry operations and maintaining GIS solutions. * Support the development, tracking, and maintenance of key performance indicators and preparation of reports for the forestry business.
