* Process Management and Operational Control:
* Monitor and oversee QSMS processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards, applicable legislation, and corporate benchmarks;
* Develop, review, and implement procedures, work instructions, and records related to the area;
* Support the execution of QSMS activities, ensuring organization, traceability, and adherence to deadlines;
* Organize evidence and documentation for internal and external audits, as well as labor proceedings;
* Field Operations and Operational Support:
* Assist field SMS teams in supporting operational activities related to safety, health, and environment;
* Conduct safety inspections to identify hazards, risks, and nonconformities;
* Monitor critical activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements;
* Guide and supervise the correct use of PPE, requesting replenishment when necessary and ensuring availability;
* Control PPE distribution, usage, and inventory, ensuring traceability and compliance;
* Accident Analysis and Problem Resolution:
* Analyze accidents and incidents to identify root causes and contributing factors;
* Prepare technical reports and propose corrective and preventive actions;
* Issue Work Accident Reports (CAT), where applicable;
* Address nonconformities, unsafe acts, and conditions, ensuring effectiveness of actions;
* Performance Indicators and Data Analysis (KPIs):
* Monitor, analyze, and present QSMS performance indicators;
* Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities based on data;
* Support decision-making through management reports and critical analyses;
* Continuous Improvement and Quality:
* Participate in maintaining quality and continuous improvement programs (ISO 9001 and SASSMAQ);
* Propose process improvements focused on risk prevention, operational efficiency, and incident reduction;
* Develop and review Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRA);
* Training and Development:
* Plan and deliver DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) and DSS (Weekly Safety Dialogue);
* Conduct safety-focused onboarding for new employees;
* Develop and deliver technical, legal, and behavioral training related to occupational safety;
* Prepare training materials, certificates, and training records;
* Conflict Management and Communication:
* Apply critical thinking when analyzing risk situations and unsafe behaviors;
* Mediate conflicts related to safety regulation compliance and operational practices;
* Communicate occurrences, risks, and needs clearly and assertively to involved departments and leadership;
* Promote ongoing awareness of safety, health, and environment;
* Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSMS):
* Ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements;
* Report incidents, hazards, risks, and improvement opportunities;
* Halt activities in cases of serious and imminent risk, safeguarding employee integrity;
* Comply with and enforce Occupational Health and Safety policies;
* Immediately report any situation endangering the life or health of any employee;
* Safety Programs and Structures:
* Support the establishment and maintenance of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and Emergency Brigade;
* Manage brigade-related activities, including training, drills, and emergency response plans;
* Participate in technical and operational meetings related to the area;
* Promote awareness and accident prevention campaigns;
* Other Responsibilities:
* Perform related tasks as required and directed by immediate supervisor;
