**Job Description:** We are looking for a **Facilities Supervisor** to manage teams and outsourced service operations, such as cleaning, security, building maintenance, landscaping, and administrative support. This professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards at the client’s site. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational team activities at serviced sites; * Ensure adherence to cleaning, maintenance, and other service schedules and procedures; * Manage timekeeping, shift scheduling, vacations, and team performance; * Conduct technical visits, prepare reports, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the client, ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution; * Control the use of materials, equipment, and PPE; * Propose improvements to operational processes. **Requirements:** **Previous experience in this role** **Reside in Betim or the Belo Horizonte metropolitan region** **Valid driver’s license** **Desirable:** **Personal vehicle** **Benefits:** **Cost-of-living allowance** **Meal voucher R$35.00** Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher Work location: On-site
