Register now and embark on this journey with us! **Responsibilities and duties** **As a coordinator, you will be responsible for** Analyze and systematically monitor the performance indicators of your credit portfolio Carry out monthly planning with your team Supervise credit agents and assistants in carrying out their activities Conduct client follow-up visits Manage unit inventory And other related activities. **Requirements and qualifications** **Basic requirements include:** Completed or ongoing higher education in any field; Minimum of 12 months of experience at INEC in the Agroamigo microfinance program; At least one completed EAD course in the last 12 months with "APPROVED" status and no pending items; No sanctions within the last 6 (six) months; Favorable assessment from immediate manager on the Gupy platform regarding performance and behavioral competencies; Availability for intercity travel. **You stand out if you have:** Experience in external sales, negotiation, and collections; Computer skills and proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Experience in team management. **Additional information** **Base Salary:** R$ 1.712.11; Market size allowance of up to R$ 3.894.77; Variable compensation\* up to R$ 2.387.40; (\*based on credit portfolio performance).
