Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders #### **About the Role:** Serve as the technical leader of Bamaq Capital's new development squad, ensuring quality, scalability, and innovation in digital solutions. You will be responsible for defining architecture, guiding developers, and ensuring deliverables meet business needs and security standards. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Define and evolve system architecture in a microservices environment. Lead the squad (4 developers) technically, promoting code reviews, pair programming, and engineering best practices. Ensure unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage. Participate in the design and evolution of REST APIs. Collaborate with Product Owner and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Manage code quality and production performance by applying observability and monitoring practices. Support hiring and onboarding processes for additional squad developers.
