Job Summary: An accounting firm is seeking a professional to assist with information integration, document organization, reconciliations, financial report generation, and closing support. Opportunity to work with information integration and financial reporting **About the company:** We are an accounting firm exclusively serving construction companies, with clients in Minas Gerais, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in integrating information, correcting inconsistencies and parameters; * Organize, classify, and record fiscal and accounting documents in the system. * Perform bank and accounting reconciliations. * Generate financial reports and trial balances. * Support closing procedures as well as submissions of relevant ancillary tax filings. **Required qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; * Experience in an accounting firm or in finance, accounting, or tax departments; * Intermediate Excel skills for reconciliation and control support. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in the administrative area of the construction industry; * Interest in the implications of the Tax Reform.
