




Job Summary: Responsible for providing Level 1 technical support, installing software and operating systems, and collaborating with Infrastructure and Systems teams to resolve issues. Collaboration with Infrastructure and Systems teams to resolve issues #### **About the role:** Responsible for delivering Level 1 technical support to internal users, supporting all IT operations across the group's stores, installing software and desktop operating systems, and collaborating with Level 2 Infrastructure and Systems teams to resolve issues. #### **Main responsibilities:** Provide user support as Level 1; Install software and operating systems; Collaborate with other IT areas to resolve complex issues. #### **Mandatory requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology fields Basic knowledge of Computer Networks Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux desktop operating systems Intermediate knowledge of computer maintenance Knowledge of PDV (Point of Sale) systems and hardware Basic knowledge of commercial automation equipment (scales / inquiry terminals / barcode scanners and printers) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 1 year of experience in this role #### **Benefits:** Medical and dental assistance Life insurance Shuttle transportation On-site meals Discounts on purchases at group stores Prime Club membership Partnerships with educational institutions Up to 20% discount on electricity bills #### **Work schedule and working hours:** 44 hours per week
