Job Summary: Tax Analyst responsible for tax accounting, calculation and verification of taxes and ancillary obligations, and fiscal documentation control. Key Highlights: 1. Tax accounting and classification of invoices and taxes 2. Verification of tax calculations and ancillary obligations 3. Fiscal documentation control and archiving RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TAX ANALYST * **Tax Accounting:** Enter purchase, sales, and service invoices into the company's system, correctly classifying taxes and accounting accounts. Issue credit notes to suppliers, regularization and reclassification of inventory, adjustments for losses, and inventory verifications. * **Product Registration and Maintenance in the System:** Register products in accordance with current legislation. * **Tax Calculation Verification:** Verify federal taxes (PIS, COFINS, IPI, IRPJ), state taxes (ICMS), and municipal taxes (ISS) provided by the accounting department. * **Ancillary Obligations Verification:** Verify and reconcile filings such as SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI), SPED Contributions, GIA, ISS, among others. * **Documentation:** Control and archive, both physically and digitally, all the company's fiscal documentation for submission to the accounting department. Required Knowledge: * Knowledge of ICMS, ST, CEST, CFOP, NCM, ISS, PIS, COFINS, SPED. * Familiarity with ERP systems. * Ability to generate and adjust SPED files. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — totaling 44 hours per week. SALARY: R$3.217,00 + VT + VA (R$32.00/day) + health insurance after 9 months. Minimum 1 year of experience in the field. Education: Completed or ongoing Technologist or Bachelor's degree. Compensation: R$3.217,00 per month.
