Job Summary: The Technical Assistant will be responsible for verifying and appraising properties, checking documentation and infrastructure, and comparing market values to prepare reports. Essential role in determining the estimated property value We are a company founded after 4 years of investing in real estate auctions, and today we advise investors across Brazil on real estate acquisitions. **TECHNICAL ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Inspect the condition of conservation and characteristics of properties. * Verify regularization documents, tax status, and possible encumbrances. * Assess urban infrastructure surrounding property locations. * Compare property values practiced in the same region. * Update CRM system. * Draft reports to determine estimated value. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in the real estate market, whether in property acquisition, leasing, sales, or appraisal. * Typing proficiency. * Fluency in formal Portuguese, both oral and written. * Availability for in-person work in Belo Horizonte. **Benefits:** * CLT contract \- Monday to Friday, business hours. * Career development plan * Salary R$ 1\.800,00 \+ bonuses * Transportation voucher (VT) with no payroll deduction * Meal voucher (VR) R$ 30.00 per day with no payroll deduction * Health insurance without co-payment after probation period. * Dental insurance * Life insurance Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting at R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Property management (Mandatory) Work location: In-person
