We are looking for an **Assembly Technician** to work on the frontline of our operations, ensuring technical excellence and complete customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * **Maintenance and Assembly:** Conduct diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery, tractors, agricultural and road implements. * **Complex Systems:** Perform repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automotive electrical systems, including disassembly and reassembly of assemblies and subassemblies. * **Installation and Adjustments:** Replace and calibrate components, and perform electric or oxyacetylene welding when required. * **Precision Agriculture:** Apply technical expertise to install and support onboard technologies (e.g., Spray Control Systems). * **Support and Training:** Provide specialized customer support and deliver technical training to dealers and industries. * **Quality and Continuous Improvement:** Validate documentation, test new software, and use customer feedback to enhance after-sales processes in collaboration with the sales team. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Proven experience in maintaining heavy machinery, agricultural and/or road implements. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * **Education:** Completed vocational training in Mechanics, Automotive Electrical Systems, Welding, or related fields. * **Technology:** Knowledge of Precision Agriculture (GPS, Sensors, GIS). * **Mobility:** Full availability for business travel. * **Safety:** Commitment to technical standards and occupational safety regulations. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific knowledge of **Nonino** equipment. * Proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement. **Additional Information** #### **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Uniodonto dental plan * On-site cafeteria Driving agribusiness for 40 years!
