Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance routines Description: Job Description: Main Responsibilities and Departments * Provide support for electrical, mechanical, building, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, as well as locksmithing tasks—including cutting, drilling, and sanding—to ensure optimal performance of company machinery, equipment, and facilities; * Assist in executing preventive maintenance routines according to predefined plans and technical guidelines; * Support corrective maintenance activities within the production process, as required and under supervision; * Help identify potential operational failures in equipment and machinery, suggesting basic solutions; * Perform tasks prioritized by Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC), based on resource availability; * Complete and update Maintenance Orders (MOs) with details of performed activities, including start time, completion time, materials used, and service description; * Update the visual management board by moving MOs according to progress; * Perform locksmithing services (cutting, drilling, sanding) for improvements and repairs to machinery, equipment, and building facilities; * Assist in manufacturing and installing accessories required for production, following technical instructions; * Maintain the maintenance room, work area, tools, and PPE organized and in good condition after each activity.
