Providing technical support to the sales team and resolving issues Company Industry: Electronic Security / Equipment Distribution (CCTV, access control, and monitoring) Position: Technical Support Work Modality: On-site – CLT Work Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to integrator customers (distributors), guiding them on camera and DVR installation and configuration * Conduct technical certification training and courses * Support the sales team with technical information and product assistance * Perform analysis and handling of materials under RMA process * Assist in resolving technical inquiries and issues related to equipment * Contribute to continuous improvement of support and service processes Salary: * R$ 2\.000,00 Benefits: * Meal Allowance – R$ 420,00 Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Academic Qualifications: * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Networks, Information Technology, or related fields Requirements: * Experience in technical support * Basic knowledge of networking * Strong customer service skills * Residence in São José do Rio Preto or surrounding areas * Availability for occasional on-site client visits Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in electronic security * Knowledge of CCTV system installation and configuration Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
