**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT Labor Code* Onboard new employees on occupational safety rules and practices; * Provide first aid to victims of workplace accidents and other health emergencies; * Investigate risks and causes of accidents, proposing corrective actions; * Analyze and implement preventive measures to avoid accidents; * Coordinate medical care for injured workers; * Inspect fire-fighting locations and equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms); * Coordinate and keep safety guidelines up to date, including visual communication; * Advise contractors on the company’s NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras) and NBRs (Normas Brasileiras de Referência); * Control and ensure compliance of occupational safety documents for both the company and contractors; * Inspect worker accommodations, identifying deviations and proposing corrections in reports; * Guide security personnel on site access control according to established procedures; * Organize mandatory training sessions as required by NRs and NBRs; * Identify workplace hazards and propose solutions to engineering; * Maintain and monitor health and safety performance indicator spreadsheets; * Request materials and equipment related to occupational health and safety; * Report safety deviations to the site engineer for corrective action; * Keep safety programs updated (PRG, PCMSO, LTCAT); * Support contractors regarding safety documentation and systems; * Conduct machine and equipment checklists to verify compliance with safety standards; * Participate in internal and external occupational safety audits and develop action plans; * Organize awareness campaigns on health and safety in the workplace; * Verify and monitor the installation of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) per project specifications; * Inspect equipment used on construction sites and authorize its use (third-party, leased, etc.); * Review mandatory documentation for third parties before granting access to construction sites; * Maintain organization of occupational health and safety documentation for the construction site; * Prepare and compile documentation to respond to notifications and inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) and labor unions; * Complete spreadsheets to keep internal occupational safety controls updated; * Guide and supervise service execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations on-site. **Requirements:** * Desired Experience: Minimum 3 years * Educational Qualification: Technical Degree in Occupational Safety * Postgraduate Degree Required?
