**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:48 PM \- 1-hour lunch break / Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
Responsible for performing various stages of bovine pericardium processing, executing operational activities according to established procedures, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and traceability standards throughout the production process.
* Clean the production environment before and after operations.
* Clean and sanitize production tools and equipment.
* Remove waste from internal and external production areas.
* Dispose of waste in accordance with the company's waste disposal policy.
* Restock sanitizers and hand hygiene and gowning supplies at designated usage points on a daily basis.
* Perform receiving, cleaning, and processing of bovine pericardium.
* Execute bioburden reduction activities for items in routine manufacturing and production tools.
* Package finished products when required and in the absence of the assistant.
* Collect samples for testing and retention when required and in the absence of the assistant.
* Perform shortening tests when required and in the absence of the assistant.
* Complete forms related to bovine pericardium processing and technical cleaning activities.
* Maintain product traceability through correct use of labels and records.
* Request raw materials, components, and production support materials.
* Receive materials according to the production plan.
* Keep inventory organized, ensuring cleanliness and order of shelves, doors, and cabinets.
* Conduct inventory counts whenever requested.
* Perform incoming material inspections when required and in the absence of the assistant.
* Carry out environmental control, including cleaning, pest control, and monitoring of refrigerator and room temperatures.
* Identify nonconformities and report them to the responsible manager.
* Report any deviations or issues identified in the process to the production manager and the quality department.
**Requirements:**
* **Minimum requirement:** Completed high school education
* **Desired requirement:** Technical course in Industrial Processes, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Clinical Analysis, or Industrial Production.
