




**Job Summary** The Nursing Assistant is responsible for performing basic clinical support activities, ensuring direct assistance to nurses and the clinical team. This role involves patient care, humanized care delivery, environmental organization, and adherence to safety protocols. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide direct patient care according to the nursing team’s defined work plan. * Perform basic procedures, including vital signs measurement, hygiene, patient comfort, and mobilization. * Assist in medication administration in accordance with institutional guidelines and under supervision. * Prepare and organize supplies, equipment, and examination rooms. * Accompany patients during examinations, transfers, and internal movements. * Document information in medical records and electronic systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy. * Ensure patient safety and compliance with biosafety standards. * Support nursing supply inventory control, requesting replenishments as needed. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, maintaining clear communication and a welcoming attitude. **RequirementsEducation** * Completed Nursing Assistant training program. * Active COREN registration. **Experience** * Prior experience in the field (hospital, clinic, or emergency care) is desirable and considered a plus. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of clinical routines. * Techniques for hygiene, patient comfort, and vital signs measurement. * Fundamental understanding of medication administration. * Biosafety standards. * Electronic medical record documentation (where applicable). **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong interpersonal skills * Clear and empathetic communication * Organizational ability and attention to detail * Agility and proactiveness * Ability to work under pressure * Professional responsibility and ethics Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2,304.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
