Job Summary: A snack bar is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help prepare snacks and portions, organize and sanitize the kitchen, and comply with food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations The snack bar seeks a Kitchen Assistant in São José do Rio Preto (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing snacks, portions, and ingredients. Cut, wash, and portion food items. Help assemble orders. Organize and sanitize utensils, countertops, and equipment. Properly control and store food items. Separate ingredients according to demand. Support the team during peak hours. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
