JUNIOR HR ANALYST (ON-SITE) **Location:** São José do Rio Preto Work as a generalist in the People Management area, supporting HR processes and contributing to a collaborative, healthy, and high-performing work environment. ______________________________________________________________________ **Key Responsibilities:** * Support and execute People Management processes aligned with the company’s strategy; * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and feedback); * Carry out onboarding for new employees; * Support Training and Development initiatives (LNT, training organization, and KPI monitoring); * Conduct and monitor climate and engagement surveys, proposing improvement actions; * Support managers on team management, conflict resolution, and leadership development; * Support internal endomarketing and communication initiatives; * Update and monitor HR KPIs; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, NR-1, and internal policies; * Support Personnel Department and Benefits Management routines in partnership with the responsible area. ______________________________________________________________________ **Hard Skills:** * Basic knowledge of generalist HR processes; * Knowledge of Recruitment and Selection processes (interviews, screening, and profile alignment); * Familiarity with Training and Development; * Understanding of labor legislation and NR-1; * Ability to organize and monitor HR KPIs; * Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools. ______________________________________________________________________ **Soft Skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Empathy and active listening when interacting with employees and leaders; * Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Discretion and ethics in handling confidential information; * Flexibility and adaptability, especially in a technology-driven environment. ______________________________________________________________________ **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Interest in working as a generalist within the HR field; * Prior experience in HR is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Personnel Department operations is a plus.
