FROM WORDS TO ACTION Being a store security officer means assuming an important role in protecting the physical safety and well-being of customers and employees, as well as the company’s image and assets. As a store security officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and executing risk management activities—including oversight of company assets across various store areas, loading docks, and parking lots—as well as inspecting and controlling the entry and exit of customer and supplier vehicles, and managing the entry and exit of employees and third parties, all properly identified with ID badges. You will also monitor the administrative workflow for goods reception to safeguard company property and record all incidents observed on store premises with both the store management and headquarters. However, being a store security officer goes beyond simply monitoring the store and performing routine tasks. Interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities are essential to interact respectfully and amicably with customers and colleagues—even in stressful situations—ensuring adherence to all processes and procedures. Requirements: Completed high school education; Experience in the field is desirable; Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule (including holidays and weekends); Easy access to the workplace and immediate availability to start.
