Quality validation and process auditing **Responsibilities** · Oversee tracker installations and maintenance. · Provide customer support regarding tracking and platform usage. · Schedule and approve electrician technicians. · Guide customers on installation/maintenance procedures. · Request equipment pickup and reverse logistics for devices sent to customers. · Validate installation quality by auditing processes and procedures. **Requirements** · **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. · **Basic electrical knowledge.** · **Computer skills:** Excel and Google Sheets (intermediate level). · **Languages:** Spanish and/or English (preferred).
