




**Senior HR Analyst (Generalist)** A professional responsible for strategically and operationally supporting all areas of Human Resources, Human and Organizational Development (HOD), and Payroll Department (PD). The role ensures consistent processes, legal compliance, and direct support to leadership and employees, contributing to a strong, high-performance organizational culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees. * Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory labor obligations. * Support training, development, and performance evaluation programs. * Manage climate, engagement, and talent retention initiatives. * Develop HR policies, reports, and metrics. * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, mediating conflicts and driving solutions. **Expected Profile:** * Generalist HR/PD experience with solid knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll, electronic timekeeping, R&S, and HOD processes. * Strong communication, conflict mediation, organizational, and results-oriented skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields (postgraduate qualification is a plus). Technical Requirements: * Solid expertise in PD. * Experience with HR management software (Solids, Appler, or similar). * Excel (practical test required). * Digital tools (e.g., Trello). * Basic knowledge of behavioral analysis. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 * Friday: 08:00–17:00 **Additional Information:** * Salary: BRL 4,000.00–4,500.00 + Benefits * Working Hours: 8:00–18:00 (Friday ends one hour earlier).
