We look forward to welcoming you! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform quality management system development and maintenance processes; * Identify and analyze improvements in quality and productivity; * Analyze compliance with standards, regulations, and international metrology; * Conduct employee training to facilitate program implementation; * Prepare documents, reports, flowcharts, and record information; * Analyze the implementation of internal procedures; * Analyze area performance indicators; * Register process data; * Control quality procedures for project development; * Provide service in accordance with company-mandated service standards; * Comply with operational procedures required for the position; * Perform personnel routines and human resources management, ensuring optimal service to employees; * Be a generalist; * Recruitment and Selection – candidate sourcing. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other applications); * Communicative and organized personality; * Ability to interact courteously with diverse individuals. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Prior experience as an HR Analyst; * Knowledge of quality management systems and audits; * Experience in employee training and development; * Familiarity with international standards and metrology. #### **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Telemedicine and telepsychology * Dental plan * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts * Benefit card * Recognition programs * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Pregnancy follow-up * Nursing room, changing room, and rest room * Meal allowance * Career development plan #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday – 8:00 hrs * Saturday – 4:00 hrs
