You will be essential in ensuring excellence and efficiency in care processes, leading the team and proactively solving problems. **Responsibilities and duties** * **Supervise** and **guide** the care team, leading the reception and operations staff. * **Ensure** friendly and efficient service when opening records and throughout the care flow. * **Attend** to families to address dissatisfaction and keep them informed about processes. * **Prepare** and **monitor** work schedules, leaves, and vacations. * **Conduct** periodic meetings for team alignment and development. * **Evaluate** employee performance and **develop** training programs. * **Monitor** patient registration processes, test releases, and admissions. * **Verify** beneficiary eligibility and system consistency. * **Manage** waiting times for admission and ensure timely delivery of test results. * **Implement** process improvements to optimize care quality and promote patient safety. * **Participate** in the development, analysis, and validation of quality indicators. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed higher education (preferably in administrative or healthcare fields). * Experience in **team leadership**. * Knowledge of **emergency and admission** routines. * Understanding of **billing** and administrative/hospital procedures. * Intermediate level in **Excel**. **Desirable:** * Reside in the São José do Rio Preto region **Additional information** **Workload:** * 12x36 shift schedule, from 7 PM to 7 AM. **Unit:** * Av.
