Your mission will be to transform growth hypotheses into technical reality. You won’t just write high-quality code—you’ll play a pivotal role in rapidly and efficiently validating product ideas, helping the company decide where to invest energy based on real user behavior data. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Experience Development: Build and maintain high-performance portals, web systems, and landing pages focused on conversion. * Experimentation Culture: Implement A/B and multivariate tests in existing systems to validate new features and flows. * Rapid Prototyping: Build MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to test product hypotheses without requiring immediate large-scale development. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, data analysts, etc., to optimize the user journey. * Tagging and Tracking: Ensure all relevant events are correctly monitored for result analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React and Next.js). * Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 (with focus on responsiveness and Web Vitals). * Knowledge of consuming REST APIs. * Familiarity with analytics and tagging tools (Google Analytics, GTM). * Experience with version control tools (Git). * Prior experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, or proprietary solutions).
