




Job Summary: Develop complete features, analyze and solve complex problems, and ensure the quality and stability of deliverables within a collaborative environment. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating within teams and engaging in technical discussions ### **Responsibilities:** * Develop complete features with quality and efficiency, according to technical and business specifications; * Participate in planning and alignment meetings, such as Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives; * Analyze and solve complex problems, proposing technically feasible approaches; * Conduct code reviews for Junior colleagues and contribute to programming best practices; * Participate in technical discussions, proposing improvements to architecture, performance, and code maintainability; * Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and stability of deliverables; * Monitor and support the deployment process in test and production environments; * Ensure deliverables align with defined requirements and are completed within established deadlines. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of experience with C# .NET; * Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases; * Experience with FluentMigrator, Dapper, or Entity Framework; * Solid understanding of SOLID principles; * Experience with design patterns; * Strong knowledge of Clean Code, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Clean Architecture; * Analytical ability to solve problems and propose improvements; * Clear and concise communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders; * Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git); * Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban); ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Degree in IT or related field * Practical experience of over one year with at least one additional programming language. **We strive to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
