Description: * Customer Registration Update: Maintenance, verification, and regularization of customer and lot records in internal systems, as well as with city halls and condominium management companies; * Visits to City Halls: In-person attendance for registration updates, obtaining tax information, issuing payment slips, and collecting documents; * Communication and Notifications: Preparation and distribution of announcements, informational messages, and notifications to customers and internal departments; * Municipal Tax Monitoring: Support in verifying outstanding debts, checking IPTU (property tax), fees, and registration data; * Internal Support: Providing other departments with information regarding property registration status and regularization. Requirements: * Higher education in Administration, Accounting, or Economics (currently pursuing or completed); * Experience in the real estate market and/or construction/engineering companies; * Previous experience in administrative and financial roles; * Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) and strong attention to detail—essential requirements for this role; * Class B driver's license and availability to visit city halls and public agencies in municipalities where Setpar operates; * Ability to organize and manage registration information; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical, proactive, and committed profile; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; * Attention to deadlines and thorough data verification; Benefits: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
