Job Summary: Professional to develop relationship strategies with affiliated members, ensure payment compliance, mediate and handle issues, and address needs before disaffiliation. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on maintenance, customer satisfaction, and demand generation 2. Mediation and resolution of affiliated members' issues 3. Commercial and proactive profile required, with negotiation experience **Expected Responsibilities** · Develop strategies for retention, satisfaction, and demand generation by providing updates and communicating innovations and service/product improvements, aiming to maintain and nurture the relationship with affiliated members and ensure payment compliance; · Provide reception, mediation, and issue handling for concerns raised by affiliated members, and prepare departmental reports and analyses; · Populate spreadsheets and systems; · Be fully familiar with benefits offered by active partners, including negotiated terms and commercial strategies, to confidently present solutions and assurance to affiliated members when guiding them toward benefits; · Address affiliated members' needs prior to disaffiliation through proactive and responsive contact to present their available benefits. · Collect outstanding amounts. **What You Need to Join This Team:** · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; · Commercial and proactive profile. **Job Requirements** \-Prior experience in debt negotiations, settlement agreements, installment plans, and issuing bills or notifications. \-Problem-solving skills. \-Experience interacting with customers via phone, email, or in person is essential, as collections work requires direct contact. \-Ability to overcome objections, retain customers, and ensure collection of overdue payments. ***WORKING HOURS:*** **Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM** **Saturday, 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **Benefits Package:** 1\.
