Construction cost planning, monitoring, and management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider \- legal entity Daily: * Ensure completion and updating of construction control spreadsheets; * Supervise activity execution at the construction site; * Organize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams; * Monitor and ensure service compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) indicators; * Report general construction management queries to the General Construction Manager. Weekly: * Monitor and validate Service Inspection Forms (SIF); * Monitor and validate Material Receipt Forms; * Manage site cleanliness, organization, and company image at construction sites; * Plan and monitor weekly physical progress of the construction against the schedule with in-house team and involved partners, detailing services to be performed; * Meet with the General Construction Manager (GCM) to report project status and address strategic issues; * Manage construction costs to meet planned targets; * Manage procurement department coordination and ensure timely material supply and labor contracting according to project needs. Monthly: * Request materials and labor, respecting lead times and quantities derived from project estimates as per the procurement schedule; * Manage contracts and perform\/verify service provider measurements for payment purposes; * Prepare the construction progress spreadsheet, including updates to deadlines, costs, and indicators; * Plan and manage construction in accordance with the physical and financial schedule developed jointly with the planning team; * Perform measurements, complete bank documents\/spreadsheets, and report to the financial institution and GCM; * Coordinate with the Occupational Safety Technician and Site Administrator to ensure contractor compliance with contractual documentation requirements; * Collaborate with support staff and GCM to prepare monthly results for reporting to senior management. On-Demand: * Prepare the O3 construction budget; * Revise the physical-financial schedule of the construction in response to scope changes or project condition adjustments; * Conduct technological control of regulated materials; * Deliver on-site execution training and work instructions; * Review project technical specifications; * Request outsourcing of services and prepare invitation letters specifying scope, quantities, and execution specifics; * Ensure physical copies of project documents remain up to date; * Quantify material requirements; * Manage conflicts with contractors, employees, and\/or neighbors; * Manage the development pathway for young talents and support their growth and learning within the company. **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Postgraduate Degree Required?
