Job Summary: Assist in preparing quotations, monitoring projects, and developing real estate developments, providing support to teams across various stages of the process. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in trend research and innovation for projects **None:****Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 6:03 PM\.  **Work Model:** On-site **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Experience Level:** Professional **Responsibilities:** * Assist in supplier quotations and support the procurement process, as well as analysis and monitoring of delivery for the following activities: Topographic Survey, Architecture, Landscape Design, Interior Decoration, Facade Study, Visual Communication, Lighting Design, Elevator Consulting, Market Research, NBR 12\.271 Panels, Images, Virtual Tours, Scale Models, and other disciplines as needed; * Assist in monitoring development activities for real estate projects, beginning with massing studies, proceeding through launch phases, and common area layouts, adhering to the company’s schedule; * Assist in monitoring project development by absorbing analyses and supporting integration of complementary projects and sales materials; * Support the team with research on legislation, codes, design trends, materials, and finishes to ensure quality and innovation in projects; * Monitor and update the Project Management Platform, as well as the network and physical folders; * Assist in preparing/monitoring the Product Brief, Technical Specification Sheet, Customer Descriptive Memo, Product Finishing Memo, Sales Floor Plan, Parking Space Allocation, Product Presentations, Meeting Minutes, and other required documents; * Support the Marketing team in preparing sales materials such as images, virtual tours, videos, scale models, technical brochure content, Q&A documents, product differentiators, and other materials as needed; * Assist in critical review of sales documents and materials; * Support alignment with internal teams involved in the process; * Assist in delivering and installing scale models at the Sales Stand with the responsible department; * Support the Legalization team by providing necessary projects and documents for approvals; * Assist in monitoring the common area installation process for project handover; * Carry out all activities related to the Organization’s Quality Procedure; * Continuously analyze processes under your responsibility and maintain process checklists to ensure continuous improvement. * Support the manager by participating in internal and external meetings, including technical site visits when necessary. * Uphold the company’s identity through commitment to responsibilities, honest conduct, teamwork, work discipline; respect for colleagues, clients, and suppliers; and promotion of maintaining/strengthening the company’s positive market image. * Adhere to and uphold Occupational Safety and Health regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Knowledge of Architecture, Landscape Design, and Interior Decoration projects; * Microsoft Office Suite * AutoCAD; **Benefits:** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Childcare Allowance for mothers; Birth Basket (for newborns); Life Insurance; Meal Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Birthday Day Off — enjoy it with friends and family; Payroll-Deductible Loan with interest rates starting at 1.49% per month; Discounts and partnerships in food, education, leisure, mental health, and much more.
