Opportunity for Maintenance and Cleaning Assistant **Main responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the company’s internal and external areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and courtyards; * Ensure hygiene of furniture, equipment, glass surfaces, and gates, maintaining an orderly environment at all times; * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies, monitor inventory levels, and request replenishments as needed; * Prepare coffee and assist in organizing coffee breaks and internal events; * Support minor maintenance tasks and cleaning of warehouses, apartments, and other company units; * Supervise and train new employees, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to internal policies; * Attend meetings, training sessions, and other activities requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Commitment, punctuality, and attention to detail.
